    I’m using the Minimum theme and want to change my grid of blog posts at the bottom to be 3 columns, show only the most recent 3 posts, and have a horizontal, centered image below the title and above the text excerpt. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

    Hi Tracy,
    To get the posts to display in 3 columns instead of 2 you will have to remove the following code:

    .genesis-grid-odd {
    clear: both;
    float: left;
    }

    Next add a specified width to the #content .genesis-grid:

    #content .genesis-grid {
    float: left;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 15px 0 10px 3%;
    width: 340px;
    }

    (for the width you can also use percentages)

    To limit the amount of posts shown something similar to this code will work:

    is_main_query() && $query->is_archive() ) {
    $query->set( 'posts_per_page', 3 );
    }
    }

    More info on limiting the posts can be found here

    Perfect, thanks. I was well on my way last night with Bill’s post, but hadn’t removed the grid CSS you listed above. Thank you!
