    I am hoping to find a trick to have specific primary/secondary menu tabs “highlighted” as “active” when you are on a specific page.

    Fore example, on the page below I would like to have the Medicare tab (Primary Menu) and the Medicare Supplement tab (Secondary Menu) highlighted as “active” in red.

    Ideally, I would be able to make the menu tabs look like the AARP site below…

    Any ideas?

    The code the targets the current menu item is:
    .genesis-nav-menu .current-menu-item a {
    color: #ff0000;
    }

    That should do it for all the navigation menus.
    You can make the color anything you like, instead of the red color.
