Tagged: slider
I have been using StudioPress themes for a while now and love them, however, I seem to regularly have difficulty adding a slider on the home page. For example, I'm currently building a site with Centric and cannot get the slider (Royal Slider) that I've added in the Home 1 widget to be responsive. I've tried several different sliders and none respond, so I know the issue is in the theme.
I've noticed that some others also have these problems so can I would like to suggest/request that instructions are added into each theme set up document explaining how to add a home page slider correctly.
Possibly, but maybe there can be instructions that will work for the most popular sliders for each theme.
I use soliliquy on some sites and it has worked fantastically. It's $19 for one site.
I don't know much about Royal slider but after a quick Google search it looks like every other slider. You customize it as a plugin; add pictures, links, and meta information.
Would you provide screenshots? I can certainly help you with some more information.
Are you saying it works elsewhere than the home page?
