    I would like to delay the backstretch image by a second or two. Been playing around with backstretch.set.js and I can certainly get some different effects with the jQuery fade: and duration: methods but I can’t get a delay on the image. I would like the image to delay appearing and then execute duration and fade.

    I’ve tried this and it doesn’t do anything

    $("body").backstretch([BackStretchImg.src],{delay:3000,duration:7000,fade:1000});

    and I’ve tried putting this before that entire string and it doesn’t do anything either

    $("body").delay(3000);
    $("body").backstretch([BackStretchImg.src],{duration:7000,fade:1000});

    Any ideas on getting the backstretch image to delay appearing after the page loads?

    I figured it out using Greensock.
