    I’d like to make to have the background color in all the content areas be a little transparent, change the opacity? How do I do that?

    Change following code in style.css (backup before making changes!)

    .agency-pro-home .content .widget {
    	background: #fff;
    	margin-bottom: 80px;
    	margin-bottom: 8rem;
    	padding: 40px;
    	padding: 4rem;
    }

    to

    .agency-pro-home .content .widget {
    	background: #fff;
            opacity: 0.8;
    	margin-bottom: 80px;
    	margin-bottom: 8rem;
    	padding: 40px;
    	padding: 4rem;
    }

    I tried that and it didn’t work. But I’ve discovered something else that might be why. I don’t want to take this post off track, so I will post another relating to this other problem and report back. Thank You, Steve

    Thank you Davinder, I apologize it’s taken so long to reply. I did that and everything in the content area has the opacity: 0.8. I ONLY want it to affect the background color ONLY.

    Thank You Steve

    Try the following code in place of above code:

    .agency-pro-home .content .widget {
    	background-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
    	background: rgba(0, 0, 0, .4);
           	margin-bottom: 80px;
    	margin-bottom: 8rem;
    	padding: 40px;
    	padding: 4rem;
    }
