Good morning –
I have a client that would like to have the background on the home page be a “slideshow” of 3 images. I am already using the “Custom Background Extended” plugin to set different images for the background of each page.
Any suggestions for a plugin that I could use that would allow me to have the “slideshow” effect for the home page only and then set the image for all the other pages?
For reference, here is the site as it sits now: http://jacobs.fowdwebs.comMay 12, 2014 at 7:50 am #104639

Picking your brain here a bit (because it’s Monday)
The two links you posted primarily deal with a section of the home page. In the site I am working on, the background isn’t a section. It’s the background of the entire website, responsive, etc.
So if I am interpreting correctly from the links above, I should use some of the same principals that are being used to make the “slideshow” the overall background vs just a section. Am I correct?May 12, 2014 at 10:08 am #104674
Yes they can be customized. However, for more closer alternative – check this tutorial – http://wpsites.net/web-design/add-slider-background-to-the-minimum-pro-theme/

Another close one but again is dealing with a section like a header or some piece. Really hoping to find one that just handles the overall background of the site.May 12, 2014 at 10:49 am #104678
Then try these plugins:
