Has anyone heard anything about Agentprss Pro being launched soon? Can't wait for a responsive version of this.

StudioPress should be rolling this out!
December 8, 2013 at 12:22 am #77637nutsandboltsMemberI believe it's HTML5. It will be a third party theme if she decides to sell it, but you might contact her through her site if you're interested - she's been working for quite awhile and would probably be thrilled to hear that there's a demand for it!

Everyone wanting an updated agentpress has been waiting for over a year now only to see month after month with yet another generic theme for those that already have many to choose from. I've given up. You should too. It is painfully clear that updating agentpress is simply not a priority. At all. Pay somebody to build it for you.
December 11, 2013 at 9:47 am #78326BrightTribeMemberYeah, it's incredibly frustrating! I have a client who wants to use the theme, and I've already had to outsource a resource to make the current theme responsive (NOT the best solution!).

Metro Pro, Minimum Pro & Agency Pro are IMO the best suited themes and easiest to be modified for real estate sites.
HOWEVER there are 2 issues that you have to seriously consider with any of those modified themes:
First, as I found the hard way, most IDX vendors that sell IDX plugins do NOT currently have a plugin that is 100% responsive & HTML5 compatible. The couple that offer an IDX responsive plugin, it isn't HTML5 compatible and your site will have many CSS validation errors due to that IDX.
Second, and most important in my opinion when converting your existing site to an HTML5 site, it is that NONE of the modified themes (either by you or by a developer) has the proper real estate schema microdata. Google Data Structure tool sees your site marked up as a webpage and your listings as a creative work which doesn't help at all and rather makes things worse than if you just stay with an non-HTML5 theme... again as I found out the ward way by having HTML5 sites dropping on the SERPS after the conversion.
Based on a video that I saw (thanks to @braddalton who shared the link to it) regarding the release of Genesis 2, the upcoming release of AgentPress will include the PROPER real estate schema microdata and my guess is that it takes longer to be developed because of this.
IMO it's worth to wait for the AgentPress Pro release, study the included real estate schema microdata and then replace the default schema to any of the other themes that you want to convert for real estate.

January 1, 2014 at 4:28 pm #82548SiliconValleyRealEstateMemberI am trying to make some decisions on changing my Agentpress websites to another theme or wait till an upgrade to the current AgentPress theme is available, not sure what to do. Looking for 100% responsive & HTML5 compatible.
Any news on the upcoming Agentpress Pro release... Or is this a myth? Inquiring minds want to know.
January 1, 2014 at 4:36 pm #82550nutsandboltsMemberYour best bet would be to open a support ticket. I'm not sure if they have a definitive answer either, but the support team definitely knows more than anyone here in the forums will. I'm sure it will be updated for HTML5 at some point since it's a very popular theme, but I can't give you any kind of timeline, unfortunately.

Brian and team have done such a great job with the new themes, I'm sure this one will be spectacular too. Hopefully they'll also update the AgentPress Plugin with more functionality too.
February 13, 2014 at 1:28 pm #90161AnitaKeymasterI launched my new theme called Pristine this morning. Take a look here and it's free.

February 13, 2014 at 3:37 pm #90174AnitaKeymasterThank you Al! I thought it would be much easier to do it that way.
