thank you for the answer – and yes in a way it helped.
I know how how to link to the authors page – BUT THERE IS NO AUTHORS PAGE?
So there is no link showing up in the “new” post info – i think because there is no such site.
How do i create such site?Thx Marvick

Are you wanting to have separate Author Pages with their background on them or would you want their profile/Author information to show at the bottom of each of their respective blogs?
There’s several ways to set it up.

@Susan:
Great Idea, ut i think its impossible to do with the genesis structure, because it is no ordinary WP Theme
@antiac
I want a separate author page, where everyone can write some about hisself e.g. Some short bio, links to twitter, instagram, pinterest aso. Maybe add some pics….
And very important for the G+ authentification…-

December 23, 2012 at 1:22 pm #7196You can install the User Role Editor and assign a page to be added/edited by each of the bloggers – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/.
If you want them to have their own unique sidebar – you can add in the Genesis Simple Sidebars – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/. Create a sidebar for each one. Then you can drag in their “Posts” widget and anything else specific just to their pages.
I am using the User Role Editor for another client and he likes it a lot.
