    I am using Backcountry theme and I use the featured image on some posts, but I have a featured image thumbnail showing up on those pages at the bottom. How do I prevent that from happening?

    I found another thread that suggested for the Going Green theme, to delete this code from the functions.php

    add_action( ‘genesis_post_content’, ‘goinggreen_post_image_single’, 5 );
    * Add featured image to single posts
    function goinggreen_post_image_single() {
    if ( ! is_singular( ‘post’ ) )
    $img = genesis_get_image( array( ‘format’ => ‘html’, ‘size’ => genesis_get_option( ‘image_size’ ), ‘attr’ => array( ‘class’ => ‘post-image’ ) ) );
    printf( ‘%s‘, get_permalink(), the_title_attribute( ‘echo=0′ ), $img );

    but the Backcountry theme does not have this code, nor does it have a single.php file.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I should have added, I have also unchecked the ‘include the featured image’ in the Genesis Content Archives section.

    It is always helpful to include a URL. What changes have you made to the theme?

    I can’t provide a URL as the site is a private company intranet site. I have added some custom css and added a custom widget on the home page, but that is all the modifications I’ve made to the site.

    I found it was a conflict with another plugin. I have solved the issue now.
