Hi, I would like to make a blog page or an archive page on my website featuring only my news stories as a list, displaying just the post's title and the date of publication. How do I do that? URL http://www.ifljournal.eu

Why Not Take The Challenge! – Help us answer some of the unanswered postsDecember 10, 2012 at 12:00 am #4116Thank you for this information BUT I am afraid it is not what I mean. I do not want a page displaying my entire blog posts, one by one. What I want is to create a list with JUST the title and the date of a selection of my posts in ONE category. So the result should look like this:
http://www.vvoj.nl/cms/archief [please note this is not my website, it is an example of what I want my own news archive to look like].
I appreciate any leads…
Thank you for helping me out!

You would need to modify the loop slightly to only include the category you want to display and you probably would want to name the file a little differently (using the category name or something similar), but this should get you going in the right direction.
