I have a customized theme based off the Agency theme in which I created a custom header navigation for the "Home Welcome" section which I would like to display on other pages besides the home page (i.e. blog posts, landing page, archive page, etc.) Does anyone know how to call the "home welcome" section on other pages? I assume I have to place a new function in the functions.php file.
The url is http://www.icc-usa.com/insights/. I would the navigation to appear on places such as: http://www.icc-usa.com/insights/coolit-systems-partnership/, http://www.icc-usa.com/insights/all/, etc.
Thanks for your help.
You could add a custom welcome text widget using this tutorial http://www.briangardner.com/welcome-text-widget/
And add a conditional tag to the function or use the Widget Logic plugin.
Another option is to modify the code included in the Agency child themes home.php file.

I'll look into that. Thanks for the feedback.
So I tried this method but it places the menu within the content container on the blog pages. How would I make it appear above the container like on the homepage? Here is a screenshot - http://icc-usa.com/insights/menu-wrong-place.jpg.
What happens if you try the after_header hook instead of the before_content hook?
