Try wrapping it like this:
Since the <center> tag markup was depreciated in HTML 4.01 and is NOT supported in HTML5 you might want to consider using one (or more) of these CSS methods -
In my own limited experience If you want to center your Google ad with a method that will work in both HTML 4.01 and HTML5 you can place the ad script between <p style="text-align: center;"> and </p>
So, thanks for the answers. I had read that that tag wouldn't work in HTML5, but I threw it in there and it worked! I tried to use the CSS code for centering an image, and I tried it in a few places, since I wasn't totally sure where to put it- no luck with that, but I was probably doing it wrong.
Where would I place it if my ad code is this:
google_ad_client = "ca-pub-1406651235130635";
/* leaderboard */
google_ad_slot = "6077708182";
google_ad_width = 728;
google_ad_height = 90;
Hi Jeanette, I handle the support for Eight Crazy Designs who developed the Innov8tive theme you are using. Where do you want the 728 x 90 advertisement to show up? Centered at the very top, centered below the navigation... in the footer area... where at?
I have it at the very top- before my header. It's centered okay now with the html tags- so thanks.
Ok, I will close this thread now.
