    How can we center align featured images?

    My theme author advised to use following CSS to force post excerpts to follow featured images in next line.

    .entry-content p {
          clear: both;
    }

    But he said it is not possible to center align them the way Genesis adds images.

    Featured images are not wrapped in separate <DIV>.

    Thanks

    Looks like you have figured out a solution.
    I see, your images are center aligned.

    Thanks for reply.
    I have documented couple of solutions here.

    Center Align Featured Images in Genesis

    However, I will welcome any better solution or even a review, as I have just started using Genesis and I am not a WordPress or PHP coder.

    Thanks,

    I had this same issue – trying to center align featured images – it was driving me crazy. Dinesh – I saw your post, and appreciate the help, but like you, I wanted to avoid altering the core framework files at all costs. Then I stumbled upon this post by Bill Erickson – seems to be a great solution, and it worked for me on Genesis 2.0:
