change color on menu for modern blogger theme

How do I change the color the of the page menu, the bar right under the header?

The Nav. bar in Modern Blogger is actually an image. Here’s the link to your image:

http://www.alittlebitsassy.com/wp-content/themes/modern-blogger/images/navbar.png

So, you can’t change the color of that in CSS. You can replace it with another navbar (if you look at my blog, it’s based on the Modern Blogger theme, and I created my own nav bar: http://www.affordyourpassions.net), or you can remove it altogether and style something in CSS in your stylesheet.
