    You can change it in your child themes style.css file and functions.php files.

    Line 27 of functions.php, changed the height value from 125.
    [php]
    /** Add support for custom header */
    add_theme_support( ‘genesis-custom-header’, array( ‘width’ => 960, ‘height’ => 125, ‘textcolor’ => ’333′ ) );
    [/php]

    If needed, you can also change the value in the CSS on line 175
    [css]
    #header {
    color: #fff;
    margin: 0 auto;
    min-height: 125px;
    text-shadow: 1px 1px #000;
    width: 960px;
    }
    [/css]

    And Line 231 of your child themes style.css file
    [css]
    .header-image #title-area,
    .header-image #title,
    .header-image #title a {
    display: block;
    float: left;
    height: 130px;
    overflow: hidden;
    padding: 0;
    text-indent: -9999px;
    width: 400px;
    }
    [/css]
