    Hello everyone.  I asked this question earlier this week but I hadn’t moved my test site to a live site yet for you to look at.

    I would like to create a color background for the “categories widget” only in order for it to stand out more.  My site is http//allgaragefloors.com It would be nice to have a border similar to the border for the “sticky post” background.  I tried finding it in the CSS files but all I could find was how to change the background color and size of the drop down menu.

    Thanks in advance.

    Something like this should do the trick for the categories widget:

    .widget_categories .widget-wrap {
    background: #CCE8FF;
    padding: 20px;
    }
