I'm using Agency Pro, and have a small tech issue I'm wondering if you can help with (perhaps it's some CSS?).
Currently, I use the native WordPress comments system. However, I like the Comments Evolved plugin that mixes both WP comments as well as G+ comments (and others):
However, when I activate it on my site, the comment option tabs (WordPress or G+) appear outside the white space of the comments box. See images below for example.

Is there any code I can implement to amend this so the white native comments box expands a little, to have the WordPress and G+ icons inside the white box?
It looks like you may have implemented a different comments system from when you posted this question, but I'll try to answer anyway.
It would be easier to answer if I could see the issue live, but it seems as though you could change the background of the comment option tabs to be white so they blend in with the comments form below it. It would be a matter of isolating the correct container so you could change the CSS.
