    Hi everyone.

I’m running executive pro and it works perfectly except on an old version of IE, I believe IE7. Essentially the custom menu at the top of the site stacks vertically and not horizontally, which I believe is an incompatibility with inline-block.

My question is, please can someone tell me how to check which version of IE someone and how to load a modified css file based on this, using studiopress standards?

The site is still in dev, so not hosted anywhere and is a stock executive theme.

    Many thanks

    Adam

I’m not sure anyone can be expected to support IE7 anymore, but I did a post about setting up a specific stylesheet for IE8 which might be helpful to you. To target IE &, you’d change 'lte IE 8' to 'lte IE 7' instead.

    Hi Robin,

Thanks very much for taking the time to respond.
I’ll give the link you sent a try.

    Kind regards
    Adam
