Hi, I would like to modify Going Green 2.0 homepage to look like the homepage layout of Backcountry child theme without killing the mobile compatibility. How do I do it? Do anyone have snippets for me….?

    Appreciate the help.

    Hi,

You can do it, but it will require some comfort with php and css. If you purchase the Backcountry theme (or have the developer pack), you can re-use the code from home.php (you might also have to grab some widget areas from functions.php) in Going Green. You’ll also want to grab the corresponding homepage CSS to keep the mobile responsivness.

In short, it can be done, but it’s an intermediate level customization. :)

    Cheers,
    Carrie
