    Hi there,

    I created a custom date tag in the ‘genesis_before_post_content’ by unhooking genesis_post_info and adding this

    <div class=”postdate”>
    <div class=”postmonth”><?php the_time(‘M’) ?></div>
    <div class=”postday”><?php the_time(‘d’) ?></div>
    </div>

    But now that date is showing up on all pages..because it is after the post content. Is there a way to remove it or place it elsewhere so my custom pages do not have the date showing up?

    THank you!

    Use the Genesis Simple Hooks plugin and conditional tags.

    Hi there,

    Not completely sure what you mean, I am using the simple hooks plugin. That is where I placed that code into (genesis_before_post_content). I’m just not sure if I am putting it in the wrong hook, or if there is a way to remove from certain pages.

    I’m sorry I hope this makes sense!
