Hello, I have some forms that I would like to use in a custom page template. However I can't seem to get the template page to work right. Either my code shows errors OR I dont get the template to show up.
Here is the code I'm using right now.

This will display before the Genesis Framework begins. So, it wont land within the content of the page. Have you tried pasting the html within the page content?
