I’m currently working with sixteen-nine and am trying to rearrange the components of post info (category, comments, tags) and add social share buttons within functions.php. I’m able to rearrange the order of these components and address minor aspects of formatting, but would like to know if it’s possible to strip all the formatting code (spans etc…) off so that I can apply my own CSS formatting via divs and place the necessary components [post_comments], [post_categories] and [post_tags] where I want them. As it stands, I’ve modified the CSS to try to achieve the effect that I want, but don’t think it’s achievable with the native code for post_info.
