Using the functions.php of a custom child theme of Genesis, I created a custom post type. I’m trying to use the menu_icon array for the custom post type with the following get_bloginfo('template_directory'). '/images/menu_icon_small.png',

The dashboard references the icon located here: /wp-content/themes/genesis/images/menu_icon_small.png. I assume I need to reference the child theme directory. How would I alter the get_bloginfo('template_directory'). '/images/menu_icon_small.png', to point to the Genesis child theme?

    TIA

I found the solution, using stylesheet_directory instead of template_directory
