I have a static home page set up in Genesis Sample and I’d like the content area to have a different background color than the rest of the pages. I’ve played around a little bit with the .home class, but I’m just not getting it.  Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks.

Hey there. I’m having the same issue. Where would I put that code you just entered there? Want to change my background of white to more of a creme color, but cannot for the life of me find where to put that code.

Put it in your themes styles.css
