    Hello,

    I’m working on a website for a friend, http://tlcseo.com, and he is allowing me to put a link to my site in the footer of his. The current code is as follows:

    remove_action( ‘genesis_footer’, ‘genesis_do_footer’ );
    add_action( ‘genesis_footer’, ‘custom_footer’ );
    function custom_footer() {
    ?>
    <p>&copy; Copyright 2012 <a href=”http://tlcseo.com/”>TLCSEO</a> &middot; All Rights Reserved &middot; Maintained by <a href=”http://www.protechig.com/”>ProTech Internet Group</a>
    <?php
    }

    Now what I want to happen is for the link to “ProTech Internet Group” to only be a link on the home page, and no other. Is there any way to write a separate genesis_footer hook into this with an if is home regex? If so, what would the hook look like?

    Thanks

    Zach

    Add this under your function custom_footer line –

    if( is_home() ) {

    Here’s more on this – http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_home.
