Hello!
I am working on a proposal for a client and I can really use some help. :-/ They are asking for a main navigation menu that makes all sub-menus available with hover over one of the menu items.
Example: http://www.nextgreatplace.com/
I’m having a hard time finding a plugin or jquery/css code for this, so I’m trying to figure out where to turn for help – and to determine if I need to hire someone to code it from scratch.
Has anyone worked with a menu like this before and/or know where to get the code for one?
Thanks in advance.
Liz

November 28, 2012 at 10:52 am #2043November 30, 2012 at 8:09 am #2497I spoke with someone at Ubermenu and they think that it’s not the best solution because theirs is a hierarchical menu and there’s probably a cleaner way to do it with CSS and JS. I just want to mention it in case anyone has any other ideas! If I get it custom-coded I think I’m looking at about $500 but it seems like something simple enough that there should be a plugin or something already out there. I’m just not sure where to look or what terms to search for at this point.
Thanks again

January 21, 2013 at 3:09 pm #13554Hi Tura!
No, I didn’t find a ready-made solution, I’m afraid. If you end up locating one yourself, it’d be great to hear about it!
Good luck.
