I need to create a page that displays just one category, and displays content with thumbnail to the left and text to the right. What is the best way to do that?

    Thank you!

In your genesis settings, you can already achieve this. Go to Genesis > Settings, scroll down to the Blog Template settings and select what you want there. Then go to Appearance > Menu, select the menu item you want to add the Category page to. Then add your category to the navigation. That page should show up the way you’ve want.
