My site is FestivalFire.com. It is genesis with lifestyle child theme.
I am getting this message in my backend under header.
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'lifestyle_admin_style' not found or invalid function name in /home/trian20/public_html/festivalfire.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406
I know a little bit of code, but don't understand thiis one.
Also I am having trouble with the theme rewriting things - specifically, in hyperlinks that don't show the http://, it rewrites it to a 404 - http://festivalfire.com/festivals/www.kineticfire.org - I prefer the cleaner look without it, but it just won't allow it.
Also, it rewrites my icontact signup form repeatedly so that it 404s. It pulls some of the crucial code out when I save it. Your folks suggested putting
and
around it, but it pulled those both and put them together at the top. Frustrating! This "helpful" bit is causing alot of trouble!

Seems like you have added code which caused the problem.

Function name
HookWhere did you see them? I can go to where you saw them and change them, or back trace them.

When you add a link in the post or page editor, you must include the full URL (including the
http://
) in the URL field. That becomes thehref=
on the anchor tag. If you don't, then WordPress will consider it as a relative URL and it will try to resolve the URL in respect to wherever it is on your site; in other words, if you enter only "kineticfire.org" in that URL field in the link pop-up, then WordPress will try to find a page or post named "kinectfire.org" on your site - which obviously will result in a 404. You can enter just a WordPress page (or post) name on your own site without the fully-qualified URL and that will work. To link to other sites, use the full URL (withhttp://
).Remember that you don't have to have the full URL display in the content that your reader sees; you can hyperlink any text at all, it doesn't need to be a webpage name or www thing, and as long as the URL field includes a valid web address then it'll redirect there appropriately.
If I've completely missed the boat on what's going on with how you're entering your links then apologies! You can try describing again what you're doing and what you're getting as a result and I'll take another crack at it.

Thanks for your notes.
Sadly, its not true. On my calendar pages, any url that shows up as "www.kineticfire.org" without the http:// even when the full URL is in the hyperlink, is rewriting as http://festivalfire.com/festivals/www.kineticfire.org and its going 404. So I have to show the full http to avoid that. Its weird, because I too thought that I could put any text I wanted in a hyperlink, but its been doing that consistently when I tried to make the calendar listings look a little cleaner.BUT the big problem is not there. Its in my icontact sign up forms. Word press or the theme is rewriting the script. Its driving me crazy because I am losing subscribers. As I tried to write above, (but your forum theme above rewrote it) - I wrapped it with [
] (the brackets are only to try and keep it there for you to see), but the theme removes it - and it also removes some crucial lines in the script so that it 404s. It seems to be just fine in the widget as long as I keep it small. If I add more fields, it aberrates. Grrr!
Finally, I am having an error message in my back end under header.
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘lifestyle_admin_style’ not found or invalid function name in /home/trian20/public_html/festivalfire.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406Your colleague wrote: Your function name does not match the name in your hook.
But I don't know what my function name or hook refer to.
Thanks!
