Thank you for your suggestion although I have followed the video tutorial twice and imported the xml from the download. As I am continually told to reinstall. I will delete and install again.
I have contacted technical support but every time they tell me it is a word press problem, yet the lovely person above says it is installed incorrectly. I would think that the technicians at Studio press would inform me if that were true.
