Hi everyone,

I am using Executive and I’d like the tagline to display under the title.

Is there something I could modify in the stylesheet?

The site is http://www.slidebox.net/

Thanks!

Add the tagline description in the Settings > General and remove this line of PHP code from your child themes functions.php file:
/** Remove the site description */
remove_action( ‘genesis_site_description’, ‘genesis_seo_site_description’ );
Oh wait — I don’t want to remove it; I want to display it. Would a line be missing in my functions.php?

Remove this code because it removes it. http://www.studiopress.com/forums/topic/executive-theme-display-tagline/#post-23272

Do you mean that it removes the action “hide tagline”?

Yes. It removes the description which is your tagline so remove it and your description will display.

FYI, instead of

/** Remove the site description */
remove_action( 'genesis_site_description', 'genesis_seo_site_description' );

I added

/** Add the site description */
add_action( 'genesis_site_description', 'genesis_seo_site_description' );

which finally displayed my tagline.
