I am at a loss as to how to get my recipe index archives - when one clicks from the dropdowns 'by Category' or 'by Month' to show a 150px square thumbnail. I know I have to somehow marry the settings on the widget with the overall Genesis settings but at the moment the only images I can get up are the full size ones. If I choose other options they are clearly stretched and blurry.
What I am trying to do is achieve excerpt and thumbnail listings when one clicks from those dropdowns,, like the style I have on my live site http://www.theredbistro.com/blog/
I am working on a dev site and had issued migrating the images. I had to use a 'add from server' plugin to migrate the image library and lost all my featured image (unattached) in the process.
Could someone advise how to a) reattached featured images (which under my old theme were various sizes) and b) how to ensure I can create a 150px thumbnail archival page listing from those dropdowns?
Many thanks.

But as each post has a different length of title so the archives look really messy when called up by dropdown. Example here:

How can I adjust the archive listings to show them vertical as here in this eg. (this would resolve the problem of misalignment):

However, taking a look at the demo site, it looks like the archives are designed to be laid out in a grid format of 4 columns per row:

Maybe that means the only way to lay things out in a horizontal format (like at the site you mentioned, namely http://www.whatkatieate.com/recipes/ ) would require you having to go in and edit the archive template???
Hopefully someone more familiar with foodie pro will chime in and help.
One other thought:
In the Recipes Bottom widget, it looks like there is an area for Grid Columns. I am guessing that yours is set to 'One Fourth"
Can you set it to something else? Does it have a one to one or a full width setting?
Here is the page with instructions from the theme developer:

Hope this helps, and apologies in advance if it doesn't.

All you need to do to clear up this issue is to select the 320x320 size for the content archives setting. So you'll want to follow this tutorial but if you want to display 4 images across instead of 3 then select one fourth for the archive grid display: http://shaybocks.com/configure-recipe-index-content-archives/. I know it's confusing to select the 320x320 size when you want to display the 150x150 size but this is necessary to get things to display properly on mobile devices.

Just to double check: so long as the original featured image is set at 680 px width, it will resize optimally for the various 1/2 , 1/3, and 1/4 options in the archives and widgetised featured post options?
I ask, because at present, with of course my images imported from the old site and therefore not that width, they blur and are not sharp at the 1/3rd option in widgets. I assume that with new posts on the new site, optimised for 680px they will be fine?
Other than that, I am finding the Foodie Pro an extremely versatile theme for my blog - great to highlight legacy content under various categories. So all in all serving me well so far,
Tnx.

In the meantime you might want to double check your widget settings to make sure your image size selections match those in this tutorial: http://shaybocks.com/configure-foodie-pro-home-page/
You can also try installing and running the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to see if that helps any. Here is a link to that plugin if you need it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
