I have my site up and working with agentpress version 2 all except for the Contact Me page (site http://www.arcarahomes.com). Before I upgraded from agentpress version 1 I had a working Contact Me page using Gravity Forms. Now I don't even have a Forms section on my dashboard... so I figured maybe I needed a new license of gravity forms. I purchased a new license and downloaded the zip file. When I tried to upload it to my site it failed, saying that /data/s06/dom520/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/ already exists. However, I can't find it anywhere in searching for plugins, active, inactive, nowhere. Where in limbo am I stuck? Any help would be appreciated.
I put the question out to gravity forms help and this is what they told me--
"If you lose access to your forms menu, it is likely a theme or plugin conflict. Or, possibly you installed a role management plugin like "Members" by Justin Tadlock and you need to grant permissions to Gravity Forms capabilities.
You can check for theme and plugin conflicts by using these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing
If you moved your site or changed you domain name, let us know that too."
Thanks for any suggestions!!!
Check your plugins folder on the server for the Gravity Forms because that's where it's finding that it's already installed. Have you deactivated all of your plugins? If not, deactivate them. See if you can find Gravity Forms in there. If so, activate it. Then re-active each plugin one at a time and see if Gravity Forms stays there. If it poops out on one of them - then that particular plugin is causing the problem.
