    Hello

    Is there an easy way to enable post navigation (prev/next post) on a single post page ?

    There is if you have added HTML 5 support to your child theme. But be warned, that HTML 5 may not work on all child themes.

    I do know it works on the Genesis 2.0 sample theme.

    Here’s the code which you add to your child themes functions.php file after you have added support for HTML 5.

    Otherwise, you can add this code instead.

    Have you enabled the HTML5 support? The title says “Genesis 2″, so I assume you use Genesis 2.0 Beta version and have enabled the HTML 5 support. I that’s the case, you may use the code below (add the the functions.php of your child theme):

    // Add post navigation (requires HTML5 theme support)
    add_action( 'genesis_after_entry_content', 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav', 5 );
