November 18, 2012 at 9:28 am #541I’ve never personally run into an issue of consuming too much while running Genesis. There may be other variables spiking your ram usage. Have you spoken with your hosting company?
November 18, 2012 at 9:34 am #544November 18, 2012 at 9:37 am #547I don’t know what “normal” consumption is, honestly. I’m pretty sure there are many things that effect that – more so than just the theme / plugins (although I’m sure they do play a large role). I’ll leave this to someone who knows a little more about the server-side of things than I do.
November 18, 2012 at 4:34 pm #579First I would like to know what hosting service do you use? second, I have about ten themes installed including the Genesis frame work and never had any problems what so ever. I would ask your hosting service what’s up with this because it seems this issues is with them not the software from StudioPress.

November 18, 2012 at 5:18 pm #605Ok but from what I see you’re still not getting enough disk space, 5GB is not much and sooner or later you will reach your limit… I would suggest you try finding a hosting service like Hostgator who will give you unlimited and you won’t have to worrier about building your website and can enjoy the full features of StudioPress and the Genesis framework……
