Hello all - I am using the Education theme and here is the site I'm working on: http://dchstest.zaxcoding.com/
My issue is, I am trying to use a custom header (which should be visible to you now) and I want to remove the Header Text. When I go to Appearance->Header and uncheck "Show header text with your image." I get the default "Education" them Site Title and Description back.
For the sake of those who may be able to help, I've left the page in that condition.
Thanks for any suggestions!
It shouldn't do that. When you uncheck that box with the Education theme and "Save Changes" the text should go away and leave you with the image alone.
If you try it one more time, being extra careful to click the "Save Changes" button after you uncheck that box, and the text doesn't go away then you should probably submit a support ticket because something is amis.
Thanks. That's what I'll do.
If you haven't already submitted a support ticket, you can try one last thing - go into your theme's image folder on your hosting site, and remove or rename the logo.png image
Worked like a champ (renamed it to logo-hold.png).
Glad that worked. Closing this thread as resolved.
