I understand that for the community themes, that each community developer will have created their own support system, and I should use their support system, and that the new support ticket venue is for StudioPress developed themes.

Am I allowed to submit a ticket to the StudioPress portal if I have a question?

If you need technical support for your theme please file a ticket.
