I just uploaded genesis and then Metric and everything was fine. Then I uploaded a plug in called genesis simple sidebars and now I get a white screen that says:
“Fatal error: Class ‘Genesis_Admin_Basic’ not found in /home/content/46/7927446/html/military/wp-content/plugins/genesis-simple-sidebars/includes/admin.php on line 14″

So I deleted the plugin using FTP filezilla and nothing changes. Then I deleted both genesis and metric themes but I can’t figure anything out because I get white screen when I click on Appearance or Plugins in the dashboard.

    Hi.

    Not sure if this helps.

    1. Do you have any backup? Some hosting companies does that and you can ask them to help you restore the previous backup.
    2. Assuming you don’t have back up. Now, where do you see the error? If you can still login to admin, go install Twenty Eleven or Twelve first.
    3. If that works, go delete your Genesis Files and even child theme (assuming you haven’t done MUCH changes)
    4. Reinstall back Genesis and Child theme.

    it should work.

    Good luck.
