I am using the Balance theme on my site http://www.marqetix.com

I want to use a Static Page for my Home Page, but would like to use the Home Featured Left and Right widgets.  Is there any way to do this?

You shouldn’t set the “Home Page” in the Settings>Reading.  Uncheck.

Use the widgets and the theme will populate with the widgets.

I appreciate the response. However, I want a Static Home Page, not my Posts.

The theme is designed to create a static page based on the use of widgets.  When the widgets are active, the blog post are not displayed.

@axxa – the theme is created so that if you populate each of the widgeted areas as in the demo, you will have a static page, based on what you decide to put into the widgets. The page won’t update with your latest posts, for example.
