    I want the look of numbered buttons in the home-top section of my Executive theme…you can see an example here: jonyprofit.com (scroll down).  How do, or can I recreate this look.  I am not familiar with shortcodes or how to use them–just FYI.

    They are using Sprites to create that. See this link is an image with a lot of icons – http://jonyprofit.com/sites/all/themes/glossy/img/shortcodes/sprites/custom_sprite_2A2F3F.png. When using sprites – you customize your CSS to use the sprites. I personally don’t know how to do that. Maybe someone else will know on here. You can also Google sprites to see if there are some learning tools out there for you.
