Hi basically I have a logo sized 200×200 I want on the left side of my site http://www.liveforfootballshirts.com/ and have an advert in the rest of the space.(I guess I can use the ‘Header’ widget for this. How can I add my logo?

    Many Thanks
    Lee

Looks like its already added. Simply add the HTML for your advert into a text widget in the header right widget area.

The default height of the header is 150px so you will need to increase that in your child themes style.css file on Line 175.

Then simply name your logo header.png and upload your logo to your child themes images folder removing the default.

I have a similar question. I think I would like to just have my main round logo off to the left in the header/banner area with space for advertiser to the right of it. However I had a designer create my layout and banner a few years ago and don’t know how to change it. I guess I first need to know what the dimensions have to be there (width/height) of the image I wish to use. Do you know what the banner/header dimensions are in the Lifestyle theme?
    Thanks for any assistance.

    Regards,
    Richard

The default is 920px width by 150px height however these values can be changed.
