Hello StudioPress Community, I was signed up on the ProPlus Package for a while and I used to download my themes in the forum here: http://www.studiopress.com/support/
Now where Do I access these themes on my account that those forums are shutting down?

You are in the new forum/members area.
To download your purchased themes, go to MyStudioPress at the top right of this page, and select “downloads” – that will give you access to all the themes you have purchased.

Hello Susan, when I go to My StudioPress it asks me to login, when I try to login it says my login details are wrong, then when I try to do lost password and reset my password it says no email exists…Did the new members area copy over my user account?December 10, 2012 at 7:46 am #4154
There is a separate user name for the forums and mystudiopress, but nothing copied over from the old forums.

I am having the same problem. I bought the full account, but when I go in my account to Downloads section it only has three themes there. How do I get access to the old ones and the new ones.
Need pretty urgently.

I have a ProPlus subscription which I purchased originally under Revolution from Brian. I didn’t use it for a couple of years and now cannot login under my original email address.
I requested account assistance last Friday. I put in a second request today Monday. Since the account assistance form does not generate an email confirmation response, I have a low confidence that they are even responding to these inquiries. I notice on this forum that I am not the first person to have had their credentials for ProPlus removed. Can anyone tell me how long it takes the support group to reply to this kind of issue. Like others, once I have the need to setup a new site, I would like to get on with it. This is holding me up now.
