    Two quick questions regarding Genesis Responsive slider:

    1) How can I center align the image in the responsive slider?

    Right now, the image is left aligned. I would like to make it center aligned (I know it is only a few pixels off, but it bugs me).

    2) Should I really be using the Responsive Slider if only want ONE static image?

    Page load time is very slow when using multiple images in the slider (each image is around 185K), so to speed up load times, I think I am only going to use one image.

    So if I only use one image, should I really be using the responsive slider? Or should I just be using regular old html in there instead?

    And if I DO use regular old html, how do I ensure that the image is responsive???

    Thanks in advance.

    If you want to show just one image, then use usual image embed code. Be default, it should be responsive.

    Hi there, Davinder:

    You said:

    “use usual image embed code.”

    Do you mean, just the regular:

    <img src="myphoto.jpg">

    I don’t have to put it in any special div or give it any other tags to make it responsive?

    Yes image code can be

    <img src="image url">

    or

    <a href="hyperlink"><img src="image url" /></a>

    Ideally widget div should handle the responsive behavior. If it does not work, reply back.
