    On this page http://freyer.com/test4-2, I managed to change the links to blue and underlined with this css code:
    .entry-content a:hover {
    text-decoration: underline;
    color: ff0000;
    }
    .entry-content a {
    text-decoration: underline;
    color: 0061c1;
    }

    However on the homepage at http://freyer.com/ the links are still not underlined and blue.
    Would appreciate any help how to do this…

    thanks,
    Riggie

    You’re almost there – you need a # in front of the hex codes for the colors, so you’d have

    color: #ff0000; and color: #0061c1;

    Oops, sorry, didn’t read the question carefully enough.

    Try adding this to your stylesheet:

    .home a {
            color: #0061c1;
    	text-decoration: underline;
    }

    .home a:hover {
            text-decoration: underline;
            color: #ff0000;
    }

    Andrea thanks for your help… now the links on the home page work nicely.

    However all the headings and menu buttons are also underlined.

    I only want links within the content to be displayed as links… so in http://freyer.com,
    only the “Read more” links and the link “widget” in the first paragraph.

    Any ideas?

    thanks,
    Riggie

    Try adding .content in there, so you’ll have .home .content a and .home .content a:hover` – if that still doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll take a look.

    Thanks Andrea, it’s working nicely now except the headings are also underlined… would be great to be able to remove the underlining on the headers…. so only “read more” and “widget” are shown as links.

    Okay, try this one:

    .home .content .widget-title {
    text-decoration: none;
    }
