    Hi,

Take a look at my website: http://www.freelancewriterinchicago.com/

Mouse over the “services” pages. You see how the 3rd one’s so long? What I want to do is customize the menu title of the page, and then have a different title at the top of the page when you actually visit the page. Click the “SEO Copywriting” service to see what I mean.

I achieved this effect for all the “SEO copywriting” related pages by simply changing the name under Appearance –> Menus, and making it different than the Page title when you go to actually edit the page content itself in WP.

This is very important to me, a copywriter. Any advice?

In your menu you can change the Navigation Label of that particular item to change what is displayed in the menu without changing the name of the page.

When I do that on my theme, that doesn’t work. You are talking about the Appearances –> Menus section right?
