    Hi
    I am using the featured post and the feature page widget at homepage (using a genesis child theme), and the title doesn’t really stand out from the excerpt. How can I make the title go bold or sth?
    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Find the section i.d class for the widget and add the bold value to it:
    [css]
    #featured-page-2 .widget-title {
    font-weight:bold;
    }
    [/css]

    Change the number from 2 to the i.d for your featured page widget which you can grab using Google Chrome Developer Tools or Firebug.

    Hi Brad
    Thanks for answering and the snippet, however that makes the title of the widget bold, and I didn’t mean that (sorry!)
    I meant that the title fetched (post/page) gets highlighted so it is differentiated from the excerpt.

    See this:

    Just add a different color to the rule:
    [css][/css]
    #featured-page-2 .widget-title {
    color: YellowGreen;
    }
