    Hi again.

    I found my way through the style.css to the line that changes the background color in the nav menu. But how will I get a color that has a gradient (like darker in the top and turns lighter and lighter).

    Btw I am using the News Pro theme on http://www.technoifil.dk

    you might try:

    .genesis-nav-menu {
    background: -webkit-linear-gradient(0deg, #000, #0f0)); /* For Safari 5.1 to 6.0 */
    background: -o-linear-gradient(0deg, #000, #0f0); /* For Opera 11.1 to 12.0 */
    background: -moz-linear-gradient(0deg, #000, #0f0)); /* For Firefox 3.6 to 15 */
    background: linear-gradient(0deg, #000, #0f0); /* Standard syntax (must be last) */
    }

    adjust your colors as needed and for more complex options, see: http://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_gradients.asp

    Thank you so much for asking and answering this question! I was just wondering this week about how to work some gradients into themes.
