I’m only going to be displaying one blog post on my website’s homepage. To get to the next one, visitors need to click the pagination links at the bottom.

So I thought why bother with permalink pages, where you click the title and end up on the homepage for that blog post.

How do I make those permalink pages the primary content with no need to link elsewhere?

I hope that makes sense. Thanks!

I’m using the eleven40 theme. My site isn’t live yet.

    Hello WIggle,

From what I’m understanding, this isn’t possible – but you can display all of the blog content (instead of excerpts) on the archives page so it isn’t necessary to click each individual blog post in order to see it.

You may be better off explaining exactly what look or feel you want to accomplish, rather than the manner in which you want to accomplish it, and the volunteers here will be better able to help you.

    Best,
    Lauren
