I’m experimenting with the Genesis 2.0 Beta and a child theme with a header/menu which remains pinned to the top of the browser display. I’ll likely need to use position:fixed in the css – but is it a simple drop-in for the #header code, or is something more complex required?

This is what i used to create a sticky menu in Genesis which you should be able to use for the header also.

Code not displaying? Grab it on Github.

Thanks, Brad. A follow-up question: how do I get the main nav menu (.genesis-nav-menu?) to stick at the top, but place the submenu (also sticky) below it? Currently, if the submenu nav is populated, it grabs the top spot, obliterating my main menu.
