New here, having error come up after installing frame first, then the child, and then activating child. see website at http://www.automotiverepairfix.com
Any Ideas?
Godaddy said theme is missing coding and went to a regular theme and all works good.

August 15, 2014 at 4:57 pm #119132AutomotiveRepairFixMemberNo, support asked me to load a regular theme to see if it is server side or genesis side. Well as you can see regular theme works fine.
Here is what is going on

this is what I am seeing - theme will not let me add plugins??
Lee
How to turn off debug? And yes I removed site from hosting 6 times and started fresh. Each time same messages. No Plugins. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7wRpApg2VxmY2YwQzBoQldvUkU/edit?usp=sharing
This might help or not I have go daddy hosting - Ultimate I already have a domain with the Hueman theme on it and now a genesis theme - will this conflict ? Both are SSL. http://www.automotive repairfix.com is still processing SSL can take up to 72 hours to complete.https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7wRpApg2VxmVzFoOHlULTN4dVU/edit?usp=sharing
Thank you,
Lee
Hope you can help - tired - been up all night and day.

August 15, 2014 at 5:17 pm #119135AutomotiveRepairFixMemberhttps://www.automotiverepairfix.com/ works fine added plugin and added Home Page. Even Https is working now.
Godaddy said theme zip is missing info as you said white spaces.
I used win rar zip files and ftp filezilla and added zip file godaddy and I worked on this for four hours this morning.
SSL is added due to the big announcement from Matt Curtis from Google that all sites will rank better with SSL over HTTP.
Will SSL stop the studiopress site?
I been up all night and all day. I was hoping to at least make the pages before bed - content is ready to go.
Do I need a refund or can you fix this?Lee

Subject: Re: [StudioPress Member Contact: Technical Issue]Hi Lee,
Remove the Genesis themes and install any other theme. Do you get the same message? If so contact the host.
What you have installed in another WordPress site in the same server account will not affect this site. They are 2 different installs with no way of communicating.
Best,
Andrea Rennick

August 15, 2014 at 5:35 pm #119139AnitaKeymasterYou are trying to install the theme via the Plugins. That's incorrect. You should go to Appearance > Themes. Then click Add Theme and upload it there. That's the problem.

August 15, 2014 at 5:38 pm #119140AnitaKeymasterUpload Genesis first via Appearance > Themes > Add New. Do not activate it. Then repeat the steps - Appearance > Themes > Add New and add the child theme - activate the child theme.
