Hi there, I just installed the Lifestyle theme, and it isn 't appearing the same way that the template shows as a default -- navigation links do not appear, etc. I'm wondering what I am doing wrong. Also, when I try to upload a new image for the header, it defaults to a much smaller size and not the full width. I need help getting started right away. Thank you.

For navigation links to appear, you need to set up the menu via 'appearance' in your dashboard.
For the header, the header image needs to be exactly 320 ?— 110 pixels for the best results. Other sizes will be cropped in the upload process to create an image of the correct size. But I think you already solved that one when I look at the site. Here you will also find all the steps you need to do for this theme to show up like the demo

Thank you for your note. Actually, the theme is not working. I think you may have looked at my businesstraveldestinations.com site. Instead, I'm copying that database to format the rhcommunications.com (RHCI pages on the travel site). However, the hosting company tells me that the version of the Lifestyle theme and/or Genesis that I have from you is broken. They suggested a new copy of it. Can you resend? I used the version that I downloaded from my account. I'm very short on time and need to do this right away.
Cheers,

Sorry to hear that it isn't working out yet. Could you send a screenshot on how the site looks. It's in maintenance mode now.
Best wishes, Ilonka
April 1, 2015 at 7:07 am #146359studiopressuserMemberI'm not sure which version of the lifestyle theme should work, but I tried both that are in my admin and the hosting company said there's a glitch in the lifestyle theme's code. What I've done so far is copy my database from my other site, deleted out most wp-posts and left just a few so it just has my main business pages. Screens of both themes:
http://businesstraveldestinations.com/development-pages/
Basically what I'm trying to do is take the code and style sheets designed for this page on my businesstraveldestinations site:
http://businesstraveldestinations.com/rhci-marketing-services/
And move it so that it appears as rhcommunications.com. So, we copied the whole businesstraveldestinations.com database and deleted out all of the wp-posts that are in there with the exception of a few. I worked with the hosting company, and they said it's pointing correctly to rhcommunicaitons.com. However, it's not appearing. The hosting company says tmy version(s) of the lifestyle theme have an error in them and said I should try a new version of it. I don't have more details than that. Can you clarify or maybe help? Thanks.

The latest version of the theme is in your downloads area and it working.
